Saying 'under certain circumstances' doesn't really provide an answer. Under certain circumstances I cant touch a car because its flying in the air after being thrown by some outside force, the point is to answer whether or not based on circumstances that pertain to the average life of the object. In other words, under certain circumstances a car can fly and can't be touched but we don't give a fuck about those circumstances.
