Hi folks, i want to try to make a map, but i am very noob, it is the first time, so my first question is: is there some programs i need to download to make maps where we can see in the minimap a photo of people or a draw or an image. And how to make his own sounds or music? (sorry for my poor english and/or if there is other topic which explain that, i didnt find them). Thanks in advance.
None.
To make sound effects and music, you will need to have a recorder, and in a nutshell, know where to find sounds. You really don't need to use sound effects, they are very unnecessary. To make an image on the minimap, use SCPM:
S - Star
C - Craft
P - Picture
M - Mapper
The ideal mapmaking tool today is SCMDraft2, as it has everything stored in one editor. You can find all of these tools besides the sound recorder in the database of SEN.

Here's a link to an advanced editor:
ScmDraft 2 v0.8With that you can use the built in sounds of sc to add sounds without adding to your map's size.
To add music to your map you have to add the wave file to the sound editor of ScmD2 (no need to compress it, sc maps have their own compression anyways) and then make a preserved trigger playing this .wav and a wait that resembles the length of your track.
There you can download
SCPM4. Which makes gorgeous minimap pictures out of given image files. Afaik you will need some .net framework (1.1 or 2.0) to make it run in case you get errors upon starting the program. The .net extensions can freely be downloaded from Microsoft. Just google it.
Windows update makes you d/l 1.1.
If you want to make your own sounds, look somewhere else, since this is starcraft, not some music forum. If you want to put sounds into a map, just use the "play wav" action. Wav files are huge, and bnet is slow, so be careful with the size of wav file you put in. SC will ONLY play wav files, so don't try mp3s or something like that.

SCPM4 is glithy a lot, Yes it is better at making images than the 3rd but for some reason SCPM3 seems more reliable to me.
