Haha, I missed it while playing Half-Life 2. But we had intermittent blackouts over a few days recently, and had maybe twelve hours total without power, so there.

They don't turn the power off in hospitals. Or government facilities. Especially Military bases. These people are hippies, but at least they aren't too stupid.
