Alright...Stange thing happened last night ,fellow starcraft 1337 sen browsers. I went to bed last night... i closed my eyes and let the dreams come. I was on a boat, someone pushed me off. I hit the water face first and i was in shock. I accidentaly breathed some of the water into my lungs. i could Feel it! it felt like a wieght on my chest...i breathed twice because it felt normal as i was sinking in the water. Then is when i realized what i was doing. i tried swimming to the top, and as i saw a hand reach for me my vision went black. Then i could hear myself think..."Am i going to heaven?".

It was crazy!!!! PLEASE comment if you have had anything like that happen to you so i can discuss it with you.

Relatively ancient and inactive

Err.. well, I died once, but I was an incorporeal spirit looking at my lifeless body that I sacrificed to save my family then. I think it means that I should value life more or something :P.

When I was seven, I had a dream where my house's walls collapsed while i was sleeping. I woke up, and aliens took me aboard their ship. They proceeded to kill me with a massive drill through my stomach.

I died once, but all I could remember was being at our neighbour's watching Tv alone, when suddenly I fall to the floor (almost like I was shot), then, as my unblinking eyes stare at the ceiling, an unbearable and endless pain starts. Of course that pain only lasted 3 seconds because I woke up.

It isn't a dream if you die, it's called a nightmare.

We live in a society.

If you die, it's both a nightmare and a dream, because a nightmare IS a dream.

night·mare /ˈnaɪtˌmɛər/ Pronunciation Key - Show Spelled Pronunciation[nahyt-mair] Pronunciation Key - Show IPA Pronunciation
–noun
1. a terrifying dream in which the dreamer experiences feelings of helplessness, extreme anxiety, sorrow, etc.

Anyway, I can't remember dreaming of my own death. I've done some crazy things that would certainly have led to death, but I always wake up before I'm finished off. My friends have encountered me dead in their dreams, though. o_O

I have dreams where it finishes with my death, but I never actually see/feel myself being dead, I usually wake up right when the deadness hits.

Dungeon Master

Yes. I will not, however, reveal the ways in which I died.

I've died multiple times in my dreams. My favorite time was when I was fighting hydralisks with an axe. :P I actually died a few times in that dream, but I respawned. At the end I was kidnapped by ninjas.

There was another dream I had that I was shot, but I didn't die. I also experience pain in my dreams, so that one kind of sucked.

I see in four dimensions in my dreams.

It's an illusion, of course, seeing in four dimensions is physically impossible, but that's what it is in my dreams.

If it helps, the time I died for my family I died by being hung on a chain. Don't remember how it saved them, but it did.

wow you're so mysterious and cool!

I remember driving and I ran into a truck, and I heard screaming and crying in the background (I think my parents were with me) and then my vision went white. It was kind of creepy.

I can't remember it very well, you see. And if i can, it's vague and impossible to really reproduce.

I know that's what it is, though.

Lol, you probably inhaled some saliva while you were sleeping. I tend to do that, but I don't have a dream scene about it. I usually wake up coughing because it hurts.

In my dreams, whenever I die, I always go into 3rd person view and see "myself" die. And then the dream continues on as if I were just somebody watching a movie.

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless

Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value
[2024-5-06. : 5:01 am]
Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort

Oh_Man -- definitely EUD
