^^ I played it two of them today. In the third one, you can upgrade the bore, either to the cerebral possessor (10x better) or something that just explodes the target. lol, I have no need for newer systems, I just use the 64 :) Has anyone tryed the new turok? Ive herd mixed reviews about it.

Well, "deadliest" weapon is a bit simple to achieve in games, where damage, area-effect, ammo capacity/consumption ratio, and refire can be any unlimited amount. I think we ought to rate weapons based on certain standards to objectively review all the great weapons in FPS history. Ease of Use: /10 Effectiveness: /10 Balance: /10 Coolness: /10 Feel free to come up with additional categories or modify the above. For instance, the Cerebral Bore would score highly with coolness, but not necessarily balance.

Did you know you can save yourself from a cerebral bore and not die on first hit? WITH the person aiming right at your head :P It's all matter of thowing yourself into some specific lava in an specific level :P

Yes, there's this level where there's a huge maze of lava places and you find a super secret thing (can't remember what was it) The problem is that, you get lost in your way back and die or you get killed because you leave with really low HP Another problem is that the lava in that level kills you twice as fast as the one in other levels. But you can use one of the special gems (the pink+blue things) to give you some sort of shield that reduces, not stops but reduces the time you take on dieing inside the lava.

Nothing special, just a bear trap or a bore. I remeber there was this one glitch, for tag the monkey, where you could launch mines in a certain spot, and they would automaticly go on the monkey, no matter where it was. lol i was SOO good at turok

lol, those monsters got rick rolled... But I'd say the craziest/most powerful FPS weapon ever is the nuclear bomb from Half Life 2's GMOD. (smaller fission and larger fusion varieties) Of course, the nuclear weapons and alien ice bombs in Crysis are also powerful...
