Okay, so i want to get a guitar hero for 360. Now the main thing is the songs they got, 1 has some good ones, like no one knows, woman. 2 has carry on my wayward sun, killing in the name of. 3 has 3s and 7s, bulls on parade and suck my kiss. (all of them have some other good ones but those are my favorites) songwise, its a toss up between 2 and 3.

now ive heard and ive reasearched that on 2 you can make customs songs with custom tracks. This would be really cool, and i would do this alot. And i read that you can do it for 360, i dont know how yet.

SO my questions for 3 are:
-does it have songs from 2? I was in wall mart playing 3 and i had heart shaped box on it. (i also heard that it can)

-and can you make custom songs in 3 like you can 2?


if you guys know any of this it would be alot of help.

-Woman is in the second one, not the first.
-Heart-Shaped Box isn't in the third, only the second.
-There are no downloads for three that let's you play songs from two. (However there are songs from the first that you can download on the second.)
-The only way you can 'make custom songs on two' is to usually put the CD into the your computer and edit any song of your picking by deleteing the music to add the new one and changing the notes and such. (FWI: You can only do this on the PS2 Guitar Hero II, and you can change a lot more then the songs.)
-Where else do I need to correct you?

-The Customizing of songs in three is not like that of two. The coding and different, and nerds are pissed. I've yet to see a custom song in the third, but some guys from the fretsonefire.net forums were able to obstract songs from three so we could all play them on Frets on Fire. It took them forever though...

Hmm, I would say Guitar Hero III because it is more 'modern' and you can play over X-Box Live, which is pretty fun. I like the presentation of 3 rather than 2. I also see that you like more songs on 3 than 2. I personally like Three more than Two.

yea i think ima get 3, cause it has more songs and thell keep making downloads for it.

Also i was thinking, when you dl off of xbox live doesnt it stor the song in the hard drive? so couldnt you make a song on the comp and put on the harddrive?

You can also get 3 for the PC - not sure about 2.

got 3 today, i suck but im getting alot better. I totally owned bulls on parade cause thats a kick ass song. (Killing in the name is still better.)

The best song in 3, hands down, is Cliffs of Dover. I play it like 5 times a day because it's so kick ass.

There really isn't a better song than that on 3.

It's not speed metal, but I don't know what to call it. Wikipedia lists it as rock, whatever, but it isn't mellow.
