Many people play Mario Kart DS to get the most wins.

I'm not one of them.

One time (December 24th, 2007 around 12:30 Pacific Daylight Time), I played on Nintendo Wi-Fi against someone named "bighate". That person last played as Mario (I can't remember the cart), While I played as Toad with the tank as the cart.

It was quite fun -- instead of racing the whole time, we played around (but we kept the score tied at the end).

The last match I played with that person, (I was ahead in score--bighate needed 1st place to be tied at the end,) bighate was racing while I raced in the opposite direction. On their final lap, I turned around and shot the Blue Spiked Shell before they crossed the line.

I just hope bighate didn't think I was angry because I disconnected (selected Quit) as the results were displayed.

I did cheat for getting the cart choices, (completing Grand Prix - Single Player only,) but I only like to have fun.

So, what's your point?

And wait, how could this be a News Post?

Mario Kart DS was fun when it came out, but I'm pretty sure not very many people play it anymore. Same with Diddy Kong Racing DS. I used to play it while the NSider Forums were alive, I was very active there at the time. Now they are dead (/cry).

adam2new is trying to state that he plays the game for fun instead of unlocking all the chars/karts.

True. I just like to have fun, even if it gives me a loss record.

NerdyTerdy -- I don't think it would be risky. Often the top left (where they are placed) is illuminated. It's not like they crash on site, and p9 up doesn't have vision to anyone so they cannot attack.
