Have the banner(s) in an area w/ beacons, and when they bring a banner to the beacon, set a DC for the respective player.
Then for that force, make a trig if current player has 1 death of DC, end scenario in defeat.

e.g.

Players: banner(s)
C:
player brings banner to P2 beacon

A:
set deaths of DC to 1 for P2

Players: Force 1
C:
player has suffered at least 1 death of DC

A:
kill all units owned by current player (optional)
end scenario in defeat for current player

Or you could use switches, but then you would need to make a separate defeat trigger for each player.
Killing units for banning also works.

Even better if you can give a computer player an extended colour and place enough flags to cover a screen at an area you can set a trigger that centers their view permanently on them with a displaytext that says "Solve the puzzle" most people will be dumb enough to select one of them and crash. Note that this should only be used for banning smacktards and aholes lol. Just make sure that normal players cant see the flags.

Or you can simplify into one trigger, avoiding death counters and switches altogether...

Players: Person being banned
C:
Banning player brings banner to P2 beacon
A:
Kill all units owned by current player (optional)
End scenario in defeat for current player

Or you can center their view on a crashing unit AND end their game in defeat! TEH ULTIMATE BAN!

Yeah, and an annoying 45 second wait for everyone else after someone crashes. I'd stay away from the crashing methods.

Fine, it kills their units, ends game in defeat, then 30 seconds later centers their screen to a crashing unit(for stay-alive hacks)
