Relatively ancient and inactive

I bought my lappy with the 2007 Microsoft Office Home & Student, and successfully upgraded it (for free) on my laptop when the time came. I also have a desktop on which I'm currently running Open Office where I'd also like to install 2010 Microsoft Office - I believe I read somewhere that Home and Student can be installed on up to three computers. The thing is, though I have the keys and everything, I don't actually have the software on a disk and can't find where I can download it from. Help?

Call microsoft support. Have pen and paper ready because they'll probably redirect you from phone number to phone number.

I asked on another site, and the response I got is pissing me off. Apparently what I got was an OEM version, and that means that I'm only allowed to install it on one computer. Despite having paid $100+ for it (now going for $200), when the full version cost $150 from Microsoft.

Please tell me that I'm being misinformed. :(

Fuck Sony. The one time I get something with preinstalled programs. -_-

EDIT: Would it be possible to change the installation computer? So I can install it on another computer as a "gift" and justify buying a proper one from Microsoft?

Quote from MSO 2007 License
2. OEM LICENSE TERMS These license terms are an agreement between you and the device manufacturer that distributes the software with the device, or the software installer that distributes the software with the device. Please read them. They apply to the software that accompanies these license terms, which includes the media on which you received it, if any. Printed paper license terms, which may come with the software, take the place of any on-screen license terms. The terms also apply to any Microsoft
• updates,
• supplements,
• Internet-based services, and
• support services
for this software, unless other terms accompany those items. If so, those terms apply. If you obtain updates or supplements directly from MS, then these terms apply except that Microsoft, not the manufacturer or installer, licenses those to you.
By using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software. Instead, contact the manufacturer or installer to determine their return policy for a refund or credit. As described below, using the software also operates as your consent to the transmission of certain computer information during activation, validation, and for Internet-based services. If you comply with these license terms, you have the rights below for each license you acquire.

1.OVERVIEW. These license terms permit installation and use of one copy of the software on one device, along with other rights, all as described below.
The key works. The key is legal. The system is flawed. You know what to do. The worst that can happen is that it doesn't work. Perhaps you can talk to MS, and ask how much it costs to get an upgrade to the retail.
