Decided to try some terraining :)
Dunno if any of these blends have been used before!

Random Cliffs, also wondering if there were any other blends using the piece below the top cliff? (square thing)

Dirt Bridge, too blocky?

The main attraction is the bottom blend of the bridge.

Feedback please :D

They all seems rather good. :)

The third one has the bottom edge cut, is it intentional? ;)

First one is nice but blocky i think it'd be better as a custom doodad
2nd one can be improved i think I'll give it a go
I've already done the 3rd one in the terrain wiki ;)

I really like the top one, what you did with the stacked cliffs and the temple doodad wall bit looks really nice. All are pretty blocky though. Practice like crazy. also, try and incorporate these into a larger landscape or something.

@OP Very nice for a first time (is it your first?) It is blocky though, as many have said. One thing I think could be fixed is the right edge of the ramp where it reaches that rock cliff. Just use the regular ramp edge.
@Tempz I think the one on the right is pretty cool, albeit extremely blocky. Kinda looks like the bridge has feet and is trying to lift itself out of the ground.

EDIT: O btw, @OP, thanks a ton for reviving this forum. It's dying slowly.

Bottom edge was easy. Top edge was a bitch.

jacob there's a tile for the top part cliff piece that would blend way better found on skinny coastal cliffs.

Should look about the same except when at the edge of high dirt -> the ramp since that is low.

Yeah... I'm thinking that you won't have any vision problems unless there's other High Dirt nearby.

EDIT: Looks like I thought wrong. There's some fog-of-war quirkiness when walking on and off the bridge.

You should be able to fix this:

With a mirror of the doodad temple door that goes from dirt to water.

Actually, could you upload the map so I can mess with it ^^

Map uploaded. It also contains a test implementation of null-based permacreep for use in a map I'm working on.

@Tempz: Yes. That one doodad tile (from the red ruin hole thing) inspired me to use tiles from that doodad's blue counterpart.

I will work on my stacked cliffs, but I was wondering if there were any blends using that one doodad piece in the first image (ill try to post an image when i can)
