File Description
StarQuest is an AoS with emphasis on tactics.
Players must collect minerals which are created randomly, somewhat like in Astrogears made by god er i mean tux (same thing)
With these minerals they can:
-Build equipment in their ship, including weapons, shields, and other useful items. Represented by terran structures.
-Buy a probe and build protoss base structures (Cannons, NPC Spawners, Fuel Refineries further out into the map...)
Players must be careful with their "fuel" level (vespene gas) as it costs gas to move. Fuel tanks can be built on a ship to increase it's capacity and additonal
fuel refineries can be constructed further into the map. If a player runs out of fuel, an ally must touch their ship and transfer fuel. As a last resort there is a self-destruct button.
Repairs can be made for free at each team's HQ with a 60 second cooldown for each player. Dying is costly however, as your ship blowing up means your equipment inside your ship blows up as well, along with any troops onboard. Each player gets 4 lives (That is, 3 respawns).
The ultimate objective is to destroy the enemy team's HQ before they destroy yours.

Good job, I like the map's unique diverse style, It's almost like a Star Battle from SC2.

Great map! I really love it! I wish it would become more popular.

I'm really loving this map. Been playing it occasionally on US-WEST the past couple of days, pretty great once everyone gets the hang of it. Also, nearly every time I have a full house, at least one person drops from hacking, sigh. And you just released an update! This is wonderful, thank you, Tank!

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless
[2024-5-06. : 5:02 am]
Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value
[2024-5-06. : 5:01 am]
Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Ultraviolet -- Vrael
Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort

Oh_Man -- definitely EUD

Vrael -- that is insane

Vrael -- damn is that all EUD effects?

Oh_Man -- https://youtu.be/MHOZptE-_-c are yall seeing this map? it's insane
