File Description

An editor that does not actually give a visual of the map, but allows for password locking, string editing, player color editing, and many others. Be careful, since it's compression recycles strings and deletes isometric terrain, so if you edit after compressing with this, your strings and terrain will be messed up.

Try googling the missing file, downloading and placing it in the folder you installed to.
