Is there an AI script for burrowing a unit? Sorry if this question has been asked before.

None.

Computer non-hero units will auto burrow if they can and no one is around, otherwise, no, there's no AI, you can create them burrowed though.

And for heroes, you could use:

[ Variable ]
Center location X on Y
Create 1 Y burrowed at location X
Remove 1 Y [ Terrain Level ] at location X

Problems: You need 2 locations, sorry, 1 detecting the burrow and one detecting the level of terrain its going to be on.
Problems: Units heal, but is counterable via vHP system.

None.

Can't you modify the unit properties? And change it to burrowed?

None.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Switch the order of remove and create and it will work.
However this does not take care of properties like blinded or lost hp.

No. There is no such action.

Lol. I got confused with the create unit with properties action.

Damn it... Ok well, I don't want to create another topic so I'll ask it here. How do i make a Dark Templar for player 12 visible to other players. And I can't get the AI Script for turning on shared vision to work... I'm trying to get the computer, or player 12 to turn on shared vision to a player.

You can only share vision to P1-8.

So you either need to hallucinate them (and replace before the hallucination time is over) or place detectors.

I got another idea however: Try creating it for a player you have vision to, then defeat the player. This should give the unit to P12 and maybe it also preserves the vision. But I doubt that.

The vision isn't preserved, as shown by all sorts of games when your ally leaves and you no longer can see their base. You're going to need to use detectors somehow.

Ok, then if that doesn't work, how do you get the computer to ally you? I'm trying to put a defense system in a town. But if you walk past it, it will attack you.

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless

Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value

Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Ultraviolet -- Vrael
Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort

Oh_Man -- definitely EUD
