Fix how? That's straight from rantents map so it has rantents stamp. It looks pretty good in game so I wouldn't worry about the blocks. It just has to match the game so I was throwing out some options and he'll pick the best.

You need:

An entrance similar to that of the D2 Door image posted, but on starcraft. It should use minimal sprites, and non blocky.

You mean realistic? I have no idea what that last word is meant to say. Well, most terrain is supposed to be non-blocky, but it really depends on its purpose. In this case, a non-blocky gate would be nice.

A "tall" non-blocky gate is hard to achieve without at least of some "eww" disease somewhere in the terrain.
