The story....I actually didn't read most of it, it was quite long. The last paragraph is a bit interesting, I don't think Blizzard has alluded to that before (have they?).
None.
That Zeratul feels sorry for killing Raszagal? I think that was alluded when he did it.
About the Xel'Naga, though, the whole point of SC2 was to be the return of the Xel'Naga, or something about them, otherwise there would be little reason for the story itself.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"

Indeed. Go play the mission where you find the Hybrids on the moon "Dark Accension" I believe.
None.
Relatively ancient and inactive
Informative. However, I thought it was agreed that even though one fleet was destroyed, the UED was still the most powerful Terran force, not the Terran Dominion?
None.
UED is actually too far from the Koprulu sector, as mentioned in the story campaigns. By the way how quickly Dominion fell at the hands of the UED expeditionary forces, the Dominion is obviously no match for the UED. But to risk another expedition is to risk high amount of resources and still would take time to rebuild a fleet to invade again...
I don't really know the real size of the Protoss empire. It's supposed to be huge.
None.
Let me show you how to hump without making love.

The Protoss pretty much went off and did their own thing. Fighting the zerg has vast concequences. And not to mention their home empire was destroyed. So I am guessing its really small in comparison now.
None.
O RLY?
The UED is massive. Lets remember the many cenimatics that showed hundreds of battlecruisers and the Aleksander along with 50,000 wraiths and an infinite supply of dropships. However, they did hijack battlecruisers at the Dylarian Shipyards which may lead us to believe that, no, they are average, they just stole some ships and had really smart pilots that somehow managed to fly a BC with only 1 person while the supply is 6...
Now, the Protoss are HUGE. But like Lovel said, they are small and pathetic compared to the zerg now and use defensive tacticts to the extreme.
None.
I do stuff and thingies... Try widening and reducing the number of small nooks and crannies to correct the problem.
Zeratul talks about that in the scene you saw in the campaign style preview. teh scene where the lights go off and zeratul appeared and talks with raynor.

The United Earth Directorate was only an expeditionary force that is almost successful. Obviously the fleet is a lot smaller than the Dominion, Confederacy, Kel-Morian Combine, and Umoja Protectorate. With Blizzard stating that the UED will make a return to StarCraft II, we can only imagine it a gigantic fleet or somehow related to Stukov. If only, I wish StarCraft II expansion set allows the Terran be the final episode so we can finally have the Terrans in victory.
None.
RTS realms go on forever. Dont you know?
None.
Indeed the UED was a scout force. That was merely my point. Could such a fleet hoping only to "scout" the sector, a massive army is surely to arise...
Stukov: In the secret mission it was noted that Stukov was displeased with his "uninfestation". He may attempt to sabotage the UED Fleet from the inside... or use that to save them all...
And what BeDazed said is probably true. The Terrans will continually conlonize, deplete and leapfrog from sector to sector.
*Sigh*
None.
Stukov is too loyal to ruin the UED. If that secret mission isn't canon, then Stukov and the remaining UED Forces were absorbed into Jim Raynor's faction.
None.
No. Raynor became a mercenary working around freelancing aboared Mensk's Former Flagship "Hyperion". The UED Fleet is stranded on some planet with no contact of anyone... (I beleive; maybe the learned something by now)
None.
I predict hybrids pwn everything. Duran said he was working for a higher power after all.
None.
