I just made a map that uses enemy dropships and shuttles which are, after a while into the game, are given to the players. But my problem is that after a while, the dropships and stuff pick up a dark archon and have it feedback some of the players' stuff.
Is there any way I can switch AI or something to make it not do this?
The only AI I need them to have at all is if a unit comes into range, shoot it.
Thank you!
None.
You will need a Neutral computer, sorry, you can also try to set their energy to too low to use it until you want them to and see how that works.

OK well thx for post. I'm gonna try disabling dark archon abilities in map settings but I'm still afraid that he will pick up his own vulture or civilian or ghost or kerrigan or siege tank or goliath or archon or hydralisk(units featured for this player) Do you think that might happen?

it might. ai is not predictable. You should not run a melee ai as it's encouraging the comp to do such things.
Computers TEND to only pick up units to do spells, unless given an AI via triggers.

What kind of ai should i run then? Sorry, I'm not very familiar with ai schemes. I have extra editor so I can run any of those on there.
thanks again

If you don't run any AIs at all, it might work better, if you aren't running AI's, computers only tend to act on medics, if one of theirs or their allies units are injured, otherwise they just sit there, but if you run an AI, they will tend to do other things.

Ok thanks, in that case I'll just disable all special abilities for all of that player's units. Thanks again, helped alot.

when you don't run an ai the comp still defends itself, so just don't use any ai.
