Okay, so everyone knows what StarDat and BroodDat do respectively. StarDat is supposed to open all the StarCraft units and BroodDat contains all the Brood War ones. However, when I open my StarDat in WinMPQ, all I see are a bunch of ~unknowns. Additionally, I need to change some GRPs in the original StarCraft for my mod. Is there a way to help?

Lord of the Locker Room

You need a list file to see stuff in the mpq.

Then you'll want Paint Shop Pro and Shadowflare's grp converter to deal with the grps.

Show them your butt, and when you do, slap it so it creates a sound akin to a chorus of screaming spider monkeys flogging a chime with cacti. Only then can you find your destiny at the tip of the shaft.

ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

Click on "Options..." and then go to "File Lists" and add your file.

UndeadStar -- I wonder if that's what happened to me. A returned product (screen) was "officially lost" for a while before being found and refunded. Maybe it would have remained "lost" if I didn't communicate?

NudeRaider -- PSA: ASUS apparently decided their RMA department needs to "become profitable" and for a while now outright tries to scam customers. They were called out on it a year ago, promised to change, but didn't. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7pMrssIrKcY so my recommendation: Stop buying ASUS, and if you already have and need something RMA'd, make sure to not let them bully you into paying.
