Because Starcraft 2 has primarily focused on Terrans and zerg, there is practically no unique units for protoss save scouts, all others are hero type units, or special versions of a unit.. That said I have been looking for brood war models, either for dragoon or reaver.. Yet I've found it impossible to find them. I see mods with them.. I see maps with them.. I see videos...Projects.. Yet no downloads for them. I manage to find Brood War queen, carrier, and a transport unit, but thats IT. I see threads on many sites talking about these.. But never find any downloadable resource.

Does anyone know a link to them? Dark Archon, Reaver, or Dragoon is what I am searching for.

You're looking for Brood Lord models? Those are already in the game. Just look for "Brood Lord" in the models tab. I don't know what Brood Lords have to do with Dragoons or Reavers, though, seeing as those are from Starcraft 1 vanilla. If you're really hard set on Brood Lords, you may want to rename them to Mustache Lords, because it helps identify them better - after all, they resemble flying mustaches. Well, it makes more sense if you're Canadian. You see, we have these strange people called French in our godless country, and they wear these outrageous mustaches. So I can never un-see.

But if you didn't want Brood Lord models, you shouldn't talk about Brood Lords, because they get itchy. French people can be summoned with a bagel whistle.

... Considering most of that post talked about brood war, I would think it would would be taken into consideration that it was a typo? I type really fast, brood war and brood lord is a easy mistake when I type. Normally I check back to make sure I didn't mess anything up, but I guess I missed that one.

How am I suppose to use those models? They are in its own mod or those maps? How am I suppose to use some of the models in mine?

I knew it was a typo but I wanted to make this giant extravagent, trolly post. Unfortunately I could only carry out the troll so much before I got bored (and actually finding that map took waaay longer than it should have, there's no actual "resource" for those, just that map).

As for the models, I haven't checked yet, but I presume it will be as simple as opening the mod file associated with the map (Assuming the mod file the description mentions is what has them), pulling out the m3's and their required textures, putting them in your mod/map, and going from there. Of course, you'll need to set up model data and such for them in the Model data editor, and potentially make sure all of the attachment points and stuff follow the standard scheme so the actors won't flip out.

If you wanted to be ultra lazy, you can probably copy/paste their data for the units as well. But I know the data editor has some really nasty issues with copy pasting and such, so it may not work right out of the box. I'm sure you're more skilled with the editor than I am, though, seeing as I've hardly used it.
