Please don't bring the screenshot policy from the Maplåntis "In Production" forums here...it's nice (as someone who is opposed to the use of screenshots except as purely voluntary visual aids that should never substitute for the generous use of text) to have somewhere that I can post maps in production.

Now, of course, I just have to start producing something...

Also, if you import the Maplåntis database system, please get rid of the naming restrictions, or at least loosen them considerably. I would like to be able to call my maps by their actual names (1S3S3F7E, Broodlingz! [the ! is part of the name], etc.) again...

On the contrary, Will, the community will never be what it once was. Many of our mature members have left, and it seems apparent that many new, less mature members are joining. It seems that the more I look at SEN's boards, the less it seems like home.

Here's hoping this can be rectified.

Give it some time. It will be a while before it feels like home again. Avatars/sigs would help, and hopefully they will be implemented soon, along with the mineral/karma/rep/whatever system.

I could help the admins with determining what each of the 'points' could be awarded for. :)

Well welcome back, this is the best thing to happen to SEN since it restarted.

Hopefully we'll keep the immaturity confined to null/the shoutbox... a place where we can all let go and be a little immature :).
All the other forums generally mean business.

We live in a society.

If all goes well, a solid merging of ideologies should put SEN back on track.
LOL, when did you want anything to do with the pro-StarCraft production, less emphasis on the community, stance of Maplantis?

Quote from JaFF
I'd choose diversity both sides offer - Maplantis for pure mapping, SEN for chatting and a bit of mapping. ... - you are dissapointing those who loved the simplicity and elegance of Maplantis (something SEN always lacked).
I would choose the same thing. Ideally, I'd want to strike a midpoint between v4.1 SEN and Maplantis. Hopefully with this merge, SEN can assimilate into itself the best aspects of Maplantis.

Quote from Golden-Fist
So as I understand your position will be under moose and IP right?
Correct.

My heart swelled when I learned that Maplantis and OSMap got pwned.

We live in a society.

For the record, I favor OSMap as a concept (open source mapping), but definitely not the program. Maps entered into the movement should be entered by their authors.

Love you too, syphon. Forgive me for using the word "pwn" in reference to the failure of something I don't like.

Vrael shouted: Idk, I was looking more for a dehumidifer company which maybe stands out as a beacon of relief amidst damp and unpredictable climates of bustling metropolises. Not sure Amazon qualifies
