Stacked Structure

My name is Church.

For a long time, I've wondered if you could stack the structure terrain in badlands. Eventually I decided to look it up, but I couldn't find anything after much digging. So, of course, I tried it myself!

It's a bit rough, but I don't think it's too bad... though the blocks do make me cringe. This is my first real attempt at doing any real extended terrain.
Has anyone else taken a shot at this? Any suggestions?

The diner scene? That is cool, but not exactly what I'm going for.

There are lots of badland blends around, I've seen maps with skyscraper-style stacked buildings (10+ levels high).

Yes, that's true, they're all stacking the edges. What I'm trying to do is more sticking it in the middle of the structure. The closest thing I've found to this is this, but it's still not exactly what I want.

Thanks, Tempz! Yeah, haven't figured out how to get rid of the blocks yet. If you have any suggestions, I'm all ears!

It might be possible to eliminate blocks but it will make it impossible to stack more than 1 building on top of eachother

Stopping at each picture, I went "Omg, genius!".

That high-dirt blend in the second-to-last picture is awesome. Good stuff.

I remember trying to accomplish the blend you did. Can't find it in any of my maps. Here's something though.
