Hey, I have a few triggers which tell groups of units to attack a specific location.
I used "issue order", patrol to position.
There are 12 groups which are ordered to patrol every 20 seconds, however, only 10 of the groups actual move.
Is there a limit to how many groups of units in can be ordered at once?
None.

No, there is not a limit. I think your problem is that all of the units aren't in the location. By group of 12 do you mean 12 units? Some of the units might belong to a different player (IE: 10 marines belong to player 1 who has the trigger, and 2 belong to player 2 who doesn't have the trigger.
There are 12 groups of units, each with it's own location. The locations are big enough. The trigger that creates them also orders them, so they move as soon as they're created.
None.
And the triggers are for the right players, I even used the player (i.e. Player 1, Player 2, etc.) instead of using current player as well.
None.
Alright, I attached the triggers.
Under Force 2 and Force 3, look at the trigs called "I - N - I - N". The units spawn fine, but the 12 different "issue order" actions only work for 10/12. If you have question let me know.

Oh and I unchecked the 2 orders which didn't work properly
None.
I just found out, all 12 orders do execute, however, only 144/168 of the units actually move. Maybe there's a limit to how many units can be ordered at once? I thought so, so I cut down the number of units and there was still a problem. Not all the units would move... so yea...
None.

Sounds stupid, but maybe the locations are air only?
Or you have another location with the same name and chose the wrong one?
Or maybe another trigger moved the locations elsewhere? (Create a ping to check for that)
Those things can't be checked when you see the order triggers only.
Maybe you are right with the max ordering - somehow. Try adding a wait(0) between the create unit and the order action.
Perhaps it is because you told them to patrol AND move there, so double order could have screwed up the path-finding AI or something.
