creating the resources works but since i use sf the create units with properties trigger is fucked so ill just use another editor to change it later thx for the help guys

Yes, I wasn't certain if creating minerals through triggers was possible though.

I just had a topic about that, you can replenish the minerals with triggers but i the problem is that if you constently keep it at x<9 then the minerals will destory the mineral field before it gets replenished.

Not if you have hypertriggers, but with no hypertriggers you need to keep them at 19<

you can create mineral patches with triggers, but it has restrictions on placement in the map. it is placed like buildings, no invalid terrain etc. you can have mineral patches player owned by preplacing them in the map editor. if you create a mineral patch through trigger for a player, it is automatically given to player 12 in the game.

you could have just created a mineral patch with one action, and setting the resources with another so you don't have to waste a cuwp slot. hope that helps ya sie.
