None.
Since I can't understand your post, I'll answer the only question you asked:
For prizes, give extra lives, stat buff, info about game, hints on secrets, a "hidden score" to let you compare how well you did each time you play the game, and/or alternative ending/harder challenges.
"Parliamentary inquiry, Mr. Chairman - do we have to call the Gentleman a gentleman if he's not one?"
You could integrate mini-games by making them part of the travel. Maybe a teleporter puzzle to warp a key to a locked barrier, for example.

Anyone who has played FF knows that teleporter puzzles are PAINFUL to solve. Therefore, I fully advocate its inclusion on an SC map =P.
The simplest way to give prizes would be giving the player extra units, although raising max hp, giving them vespene gas/minerals to upgrade, etc. are all viable options.
None.
Stats boost, helpful item(s), currency, rare equipment, key(s), something to help them later, experience, weapons, new spells, etc. Choose your poison.
A simple bound game that gets harder every 5 seconds could be a good mini game. Maybe the higher you get the better prizes you get. If you make it 10 seconds, a lesser healing potion could be the reward. If you survive for a minute, maybe a weapon, or a mass of experience. Maybe a dodge the lurker game, a game where you press buttons, or even a game where who ever kills the most creatures wins.
None.
