There are tons of Defense games available. Like most of you, I've played my share of D maps on Starcraft, Warcraft and Flash Games. I am looking for a Defense map thats been RPGized.

Popular Starcraft D maps:
Cannon D, Lurker D, Tarpit D, Tank, [insert starcraft unit] D. One of my newest favorite is Spawn Defense. It was PvP instead of Players against yellow noob comp.

Tower Defense RPG Ideas
1. Players chooses 1 of the dozen available heroes. they go out to explore the many dungeons scattered around . When they engage a dungeon, they are transported to a small D terrain whereas they must survive few waves of bestiaries. The army of units you can deploy Depends on the Hero. Example, you choose kerrigan unit then the D units will be lings, hydras, lurkers (duh).
2. Fun eggs - if a player dies, they get sent to the graveyard and can choose to play as the computer player. If the players chooses a unqiue set of heroes [like all zergs] then they will be awarded a bonus.
3. Mario world - The dungeons will be linear with exception of off paths that players may choose.
4. Conquest RPG. (Diplo Risk meets Defense) A map divided with lots of neutral regions. FFA Players chooses where to start and slowly start to conquers its neutral neigboring nations. when they engage into a territory, they get sent off to the one of many small D terrains. If they survive they get to keep that nation. Eventually players will clash and so when that happens, they are sent off to battle in a Spawn Defense Terrain.
5. Gears of Brainnnnsss 51! - Yup, zombie themed Tower D RPG. Go around an infected Area51 thats infested with zombies that come out of the ground. Player start from a crashed BC and must defend it as well as go around the base to manually activate the Auto Laser Defense system. It will be intense like X-men insane but actually winnable without cheating! the area will be a web of narrow paths. The map will be divded into different enemy zones, when players occupy and destroy the underground locust, in a ceartin area, that area becomes player controlled and allows access to extra units to fight of the waves of enemies. As the game progresses so does the difficulty of the yellow comps.
6. Atlantis Rescue - For this Idea, players must rescue survivors of the flooding Atlantis city. The water will be yellow ling comps. Players will be exploring a labrynth of tunnels. Survivors are in sealed rooms throughout the map. Acess to the rooms not be easy for they are submerged in water. You must 'fight' off the water in a Tower D way. As you explore the map, you fnd out that there are certain emergency flood control systems that regulate where the water can be flooded. In this map you will be able to change the flow of the yellow noob comps. As the game progresses, you will find more about the civilization of Atlantis. This once peaceful civilization got infected with corruption and eventually lead to the dividing of tribes. The cause of the Atlantis disaster flood remains unknown. Time is of the essence and the rescue team will only have time to save 3 out of the 4 tribes. Who will YOU save?



Are there any Defense maps that have some RPG traits?
