I am trying to resize a map, but I want to have an initial offset when I resize.
If you go to Scenario ---->Map Dimension, you will probably see that the initial offsets are inactive fields.

Anyone know how to fix this?

None.

I am currently not following the recent updates, but my guess is that SI didn't come around to implement it yet (just planned).

I haven't seen it ever possible. Try copy/paste (zoom out first) and don't use any more isom.
