Assuming your with 8 players.

There are 2 identical sides to the map that we will call "houses". The concept is that your "brothers" hired the cat in your household to kill you, and you ended up doing the same to them. So you basically have 2 side by side matches of CnM going on. The mice can purchase units for cats to end it quicker.

The teams would be:
1Cat & 3Mice
vs
1Cat & 3Mice

Odd players work by giving the short team a startup bonus.

A suggestion would be to rename your map's name... (altho it'd be hard to think of any).
Try to make it say that there're two teams of cat n mice.. because that's very innovative.. most ppl'd just read " cat n mouse " and just ignore it XD

Althought this is cheeky.. the title "Cat and Mouse Teams" would do its purpose to attract curious users.

Here's a catcher... "Of Mice and Men" .... lol XD

one question i have for u is .. what's preventing the two cats from just Duking it out at each other? What role does the mice have?

The two cats are in different arenas, it sounds like.

The roles of the mice are to buy stuff for their cat in the opposite arena and to survive.

I like the name and it does sorta represent the teams idea. I dunno what stops ppl from playing Cat N Mouse -.-

The mice can actually kill the cat on their side which ends the game as well. Alternatively you can provide the cat with weapons to kill the enemy mice with.

I luled really hard.

Other than that, I loved the game. It has a very unique play style from what I have played. I played this from the terrain outline to what it is now. Even helped with a few ideas (I see I get no credit, even though my name is in the mission briefs... )

Here is how the game plays:

Two teams, randomly chosen, on opposite sides of the map. You are chosen to be cat or mice, 1 cat on each side, and up to 3 mice on each side. If you are cat, you are allied with the other side of mice. If you are mice, you are allied with the other side's cat. The cats objective is one of two: Kill all mice, or stall out the current mice so that your allied mice can kill the other cat, and not die. The mice objective is to: Kill the cat pestering you, or to wall up *cough*iXenox*cough* long enough for the cat you are allied to win, and of course not to die.

Also, the mice can buy all 12 things, 6 units and send 120 minerals to the allied cat, the other 5 are weapons for cat. The cat can purchase these 5 weapons, but not the mice units.

The game play is usually a few minutes, iXenox's win time was 1 minute and 45 seconds, that included the 45 seconds before the game starts, though he was against two failures... (Also, I thought I would mention that lil-inferno was the first offical person to die as cat. )

Is anything not clear?

@Conspiracy, My current record is actually 1:28. Also, inferno died on Novice which makes it more laughable. lol.
