I wasnt to make a balancing update for " Neo Custom Hero Wars"

It has alot of issues with the ultimate attacks and the zergling is slightly overpowered. There are other miscellaneous issues as well that i would like to tweak.

Currently my operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium. When i click on Osmap, it doesnt open because:

Component 'MpqCtl.ocx' or one of its dependencies is not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

If someone could guide me through the process of registering this file correctly, that would be much appreciated. Also, the file does exist. its in the same folder that the .exe is in.

You probably just need to run the program as an administrator. If that doesn't work, use regsvr32.exe on the ocx (as an administrator).

If it still doesn't work, you can try downloading the file and putting it in the same folder as OS Map, you can get it here, but most likely it's just a Vista problem.

"Also, the file does exist. its in the same folder that the .exe is in." - err...
