I actually have a distaste to how they are doing the voice's on the characters. Every single one of them seems to have three echo's. Am I the only one that finds that overused and slightly annoying?

The thor's special destroyed a nearly full hp'ed cc with it on one move. Thats like 5-6 yamato cannons worth of damage.

Well, it is being designed by one of the people who worked on Command and Conquer 3.
Anyhow, defense in Starcraft 2 is important, but not with stationary defense. Using units like Stalkers and Immortals in the same defense is quite essential to being successful, and it works a hell of a lot better than cannons.
