I wanted to redo TOS - Master Supreme, so I took the terrain from it and cleared out all the triggers, locations, units, etc. and started from there. I combined some of the elements from other TOS games, such as the casino in TOS - Fortune, and implemented it here. This version features a lot of unit spawns and tons of ways to accumulate wealth. (such as grabbing resource chunks with an SCV or probe) It takes about 5 hours to complete the game with a given team. (much less if people know how to play TOS well) Some may find that too long, but I wanted this kind of game time for the dedicated TOS fan.

Also, the game features an insane mode, which increases unit spawn, more final bosses at end of map, and a few added surprises. The game is extremely challenging, yet offers a fairly easy beginning to allow you to build your bunker "team" up. I minimized the secrets in this version, because I thought they were cheap and unfair to the ignorant. Nevertheless, there are "secrets" that give you a slight edge over other players. (Such as killing a probe and/or drone in the first 3 minutes of the game)

I would appreciate any seasoned TOS players (and of course map-making gurus) willing to play this version and offer any suggestions that would make this game fair, fun, and challenging. I know I have beta in the title, but it is a complete game that will take you 5-7 hours to play by yourself with the exception of a few bugs that I need to work out. (and poor terrain) So, if any of you have the stomach to test play this game, feel free to do so (whether by yourself or on bnet). Thanks!

The game is not meant for one player =] (even though it can be done) so you may have that problem. However, in a typical multi-player game, that does not usually happen. The only time it happens is when powerful units swarm the middle. (In which case, you would have your men bunked, not making units only to have them die in seconds)

? CCMU is cannot create more units. The map initially starts with like 1100 preplaced units. A few hundred more and that message will pop up. You have way too many buildings right now. Why stack all those cannons and sunkens? Why not just put one and make it do more damage.

I know what ccmu is and the multiple cannons are based on triggers which I need. CCMU isn't much of a problem unless you are soloing it. (even then, I like it because it prevents too much lag from occuring) Anyways, most other versions of TOS have more preplaced units, so it is typical of this map. Any other suggestions besides the fact that there are a lot of units? (thx 4 ur input)

CCMU is worse when you have more players. It's per game, not per player.

I know it's per game, but the more players you have, the more enemy deaths occur. (in general)

Unit lag? I don't notice any. If you have at least a gig of ram you are in good shape.
