C R U S A D E R K I N G S
Deus Vult!

You are the king of any nation of your choosing in 1066 medieval Europe. Choose actions wisely for they may change the course of your kingdom.

Dissent. Prestige. Piety. Wealth. These four things are stats that will contribute on how your nation takes to you. Dissent is disliking from your own people of you. Prestige is how the rest of the world views you. Piety is how holy you are. (Or at least perceived holiness since killing 2000 Muslims isn't exactly considered holy today, but back then God loved you) and Wealth is self-explanatory.

The city system will be takeable gateways while the units will have a paper-rock-scissors sort of balance. Cavalry dominates Infantry. Pikeman kill cavalry. Infantry kill pikeman while archers act as support for infantry.

I'd also like to add i'm adding a new mobilization idea in. As in, a dark templar is the unit to build for conscripts. It builds but get this. Your dissent goes up AND the province has a chance of denying or accepting your mobilization request depending on how stable your nation is. Building a probe from the nexus is Mass Mobilization and greatly tests the loyalty of your subjects.

Confirmed playable countries:
England
Scotland
France
León
Castile
Almoravids
Denmark
Byzantium
Kievan Rus
Hungary

And i'm not exactly sure how i'll incorporate the Holy Roman Empire in this one. Most likely a small province in it IE Bohemia

Looks quite interesting, although is the battle system more like Strategic Warfare, or a fast-paced map like Diplomacy 7.7? Personally, I prefer the Strategic Warfare style gameplay, and I rather dislike Diplomacy 7.7 for its lack of diplomacy, but it's your map, not mine.

Strategic warfare. Militia spawns out of attacked cities and you can build fortifications on the cities.

I don't know, I like the Stronghold: Crusader feel.

Stronghold: Crusader was an excellent game, though I have always disliked how fast people died in that one. Crossbowmen killed spears and archers in a single hit, which got annoying after fighting the lowliest opponent who always died.

Vrael shouted: Idk, I was looking more for a dehumidifer company which maybe stands out as a beacon of relief amidst damp and unpredictable climates of bustling metropolises. Not sure Amazon qualifies
sounds like moisture control is often a pressing concern in your city

Vrael -- Maybe here on the StarEdit Network I could look through the Forums for some Introductions to people who care about the Topics of Dehumidifiers and Carpet Cleaning?
