Yo yo wasup got another question for you all I have been tryin to figure out how Rock Sprites are created ingame, like that level of Rush in the caves with the ultralisk when you blow up the demolitions.
Right now I have some preplaced Interceptor sprites that are disabled, but I don't think you can create sprites and then disable them using triggers can you? How did RUSH do it?
Many thanks in advance.

Check for yourself.
Damn this method is so old and underused I can't remember it...
I'll try to dig out a tutorial in the meantime.
EDIT:
thereBasically you disable a valkyrie (some other units work too) and make sure the player has no vision to it or at least doesn't look at it, then wait 1ms and remove the valkyrie. The rock sprite will then appear a few squares above where the valk was and can then be looked at.

Can the rock sprites be removed later with triggers? Or are they there for the rest of the game?
If so, what triggers would I use?

They can't be removed afaik.
There WAS another method that let you look at it, IIRC...
Yeah, found the map, looks like in the map it constantly runs the Junk Yard Dog AI, and to create the rocksprite, they create a new turret, wait for 84 milliseconds(or less), during which I assume the AI affects the turret once, then remove it immediately after. I'll post the map below.

Yes, this is method 2 described in the tutorial I linked to. And if the junkyard dog ai doesn't cause problems in your map it's actually preferable.
But withe the valkyrie, you can quickly create a randomized dungeon at the beginning of the game and place buildings underneath it everywhere.
