Gremlin (Broodling): A weak but very fast monster. Melee.
Orc (Hydralisk): Short-ranged unit. Frequently appears alongside swarms of Gremlins.
Chaos Dwarf (Zergling): A fast enemy that tends to appear alone or in pairs. Require a lot of micro to defeat. (Using summoning spells to block them is recommended.)
Lesser Zombie (Infested Kerrigan): An undead unit. All undead have very fast HP regeneration and will retreat when injured.
Greater Zombie (Ultralisk): A stronger zombie.
Suicide Zombie (Infested Terran): Kamakaze undead.
Necromancer (Defiler): Summons various undead.
Abomination (Lurker): A giant undead spider unit. Tends to appear in groups.
Animated Statue (Zealot): An immobile enemy.
Quantum Mechanic (Dragoon): A unit with a ranged dodgeable attack which slows upon impact.
Ghost (Dark Templar): Capable of walking through walls and units. Hard to see.
Shrieker (Scourge): Randomly moves around. Emits a shriek when it gets near you, which attracts other monsters. No attack.
Grappler (Overlord): Randomly moves around. When it touches you, it slows you down and sticks onto you. Using a teleport spell or attacking the Grappler will cause it to un-grab you.
Demonic Construct (Reaver): Attacks with non-invincible Scarabs.
Demon Gate (Warp Gate): Summons various monsters.
Wind Hunter (Ghost): Weak enemy that can cloak.
Arcanus Fungus (Spawning Pool): Non-hostile monster which can boost your stats in exchange for XP.
Artificier (Civilian): Non-hostile monster which sells you stuff.
Nurse (Medic): Heals you in exchange for money.
Btw, it's a modded RPG, so any unit idea you can think of is possible.
