Does the Mole gets clues against his ass in the Day post so we can actually get to find who he is and work out with him? And the clues pointing to him (if so) are made as if he was mafia or town-aligned (in other words, do we get to know the clues we are interpreting are to lead us to The Mole)?

The Mole's clues will point to him as a mafia. He is, after all, murdering people. The presence, absence, and strength of clues leading to convict the Mole are considered part of the general balance of the game.

And EcHo is wrong about DTBK's age. If his age really was something that is commonly guessed, I wouldn't have made a clue that leads you to the amusing (and a bit shocking) truth.
