Ok so i've been trying to do this for awhile, but can't get it to work... I kinda have a crappy phone but I would think it would still work, ya? My phone model is SGH T429 Samsung, and I have an XPS m1530 laptop. I've turned on bluetooth, i've set visibility, but they can't find either direction. Do I need drivers or something?? Help??

Samsung is the worst. It's worth the extra $20 for motorola.

Are you serious? Motorolas are the slowest in the history of mankind. Samsungs are extremely durable and fast(well the nice ones are fast) and aren't littered with worthless functions or round-about menus.

So dling that program makes it work automatically or what?

Motorolas have superior speaker/mic quality. That's all you should care about.

False. My samsung has way better mic quality than my other 2 motorolas. Both ssung and motors speakers sound semi-hashed.

Samsung is slower than motorola. I had a nice motorola and after like... 5 years it stopped working so I got a new samsung and it's slow as hell.
I don't know if it's the fact that has windows mobile on it but it sure its slow. Takes around 5 seconds to process anything, from listing menu options to showing my last calls and actually making the call. Plus the lock/unlock is retardedly dull, since it's so slow I can't unlock it fast, it has to recognize that I pressed a key before I press the other one to unlock. I hate samsungs. Should have gone BB or another motorola.
I just plug it in the USB, it's faster.

I don't really care. It's a phone. Samsung is known for better video quality though.

My samsung alias pauses every once in awhile, it's annoying. Other than that, it's great. I also have usb cord for it, but I use micro sd card to move stuff back and forth, since it's less of a hassle.

Thats funny cause that's exactly how every motorola has been for me. Virtually worthless phones, even the expensive ones. My $70 samsung has been way better except for this minor bluetooth glitch.

I dont have a microsd or usb cord so bluetooth is the only option.
