Sleeping wolves wake hungry.

http://www.velvetassassin.com/

Seriously awesome game.

Only gripe is the bad quality of the pre-rendered cutscenes.
Scratch that, I just have a bad version.

First thoughts:

mgc. says:
*Dude, got any more of that futa?

Shit, wrong paste.

mgc. says:
*i am apalled by the lack of usable cardboard boxes in this game.
*but being a woman makes up for it.

mgc.         (velvet assassin lol) says:
*so yeah
*i'm playing a game where you're a female morphine addict with a knife killing nazis
*it's awesome.

Discuss.

I saw it up for sale on Steam. Wasn't interested in it really, but I might take a look into it later.

Sleeping wolves wake hungry.

...

CAFG, you've obviously never played the game.

I saw the trailer. If it isn't so typical then I don't know why they would go out of their way to advertise it as such.

Relatively ancient and inactive

What CAFG said. Seeing the trailer, along with in-game shots, what is it if not an FPS?

A Shooting RPG? :O

Sleeping wolves wake hungry.

It's a third-person stealth game, read: Splinter Cell, MGS. More noob friendly than Splinter Cell, but harder than MGS.

It's not an FPS whatsoever. Ammo is scarce, you die easily and you gain health from silent knife kills.

Repeat: It is not an FPS.

Heard it was quite average. It doesn't do sneaking right as some games and the action isn't as well as an action game. I don't think the multiplayer will be up to par as well.

So this is like, a World War II Assassin's Creed (somehow)?
GameSpot's review says its only flaws are the AI and sometimes dull gunplay.
