FrostborneBy: PridefulOne (PridefulOne@USEast)
Currently Seeking Testers!Post here if interested!
Map Information:Tileset: Ice World
Map Size: 96x96
Players: 2-4 Players; FFA or 2v2
Genre: Madness, Tactical (Light)
Gameplay:Mix and match three core units to create an army. Control the center for a doubled spawn rate. Kill all hostile ice crystals to win.
Core Units:Frostwolf (Zergling): Created by merging many small shards of ice together in the shape of a wolf. Frostwolves are slightly faster than any other Frostborn and easily outmaneuver Iceguards in battle due to their small size, however they are easily shattered by Northwind Ice Spikes.
Iceguard (Zealot): Created from large blocks of ice. Due to their massive size, Northwind Ice Spikes have little effect on them. This frozen armor comes at a cost, they are quite clumsy while in combat.
Northwind (Ghost): Northwinds fire Ice Spikes at enemies which shatter Frostwolves on impact. However, Northwinds are weighted down from the massive weight of ice shards and are therefore an easy target for the already resistant Iceguards.
Testing:- Rock-Paper-Scissors System aka FIN (Frostwolf-Iceguard-Northwind)
- Unit Limit (Presently 30)
- Control Middle for 2x Spawn Rate (1 second vs 2 seconds)
Screenshots will be posted shortly, looking for my Photoshop CD... lol

Map Size: 96x96

Genre: Madness, Tactical (Light)
Core Units:
Frostwolf (Zergling): Created from many small shards of ice, this Golem is capable of covering great distances in a short time. Due to it's small size and great agility, it easily outmaneuvers Iceguards in battle.
Iceguard (Zealot): Although very large and clumsy, this Golem covers great distances by taking long strides. Due to being crafted out of large blocks of ice, Iceguards are very resistant to Northwind ice spikes.
Northwind (Ghost): Constantly generating pressure, this Golem fires spikes of ice at enemies which shatter Frostwolves on impact. However, Northwinds are very slow moving due to drastic energy consumption of creating pressure.
O.o... Sorry, it's just kinda funny lol

... For some reason I'm getting "hesitating" units... For instance, marines will wait until units are almost right on top of them to begin firing. Not too sure what's up with that.
None.
Haven't looked at the map, but if it's just marines, it could just be because they don't have the range upgrade and they're stimmed =P as in they have some delay before they stop and shoot and get closer than they need as it is.
None.
Nah, it ended up being a problem with an alliance preserver trigger. Which makes no sense, but oh well it's fixed now
