Legendary Flames.mp3

I used Finale Notepad 2008 to compose this. I have named it Legendary Flames. My own comments is that it sounds it little broken at some points; as in the pace changes too dramatically. The ending wasn't the best either. However, I am proud of this in the end.

Please post feedback.

I thought i was going to see some clans killed cuz of flame and spam. Chapel music is scary... I don't compose music so there is really nothing I can say.

Well you could say if you liked it or not. Any feedback and commenting is appreciated.

Thanks for commenting. Not so many thanks for Falkoner's comment. xD

Hmmmmm...if I ever make an evil chapel map for Doom 2 or Morrowind, I'm definitely enslaving you.

Are you sure about that?

Death... Doesn't that give you an idea?

On topic, I don't consider myself to be an expert of any sort; I know some stuff about music, but most of it is... Well...

I think that there should be... Something else... Not just the mere sound of the organ but something to fill the background. I am subjectively more used to louder kind of music, but I can appreciate this music just as I can appreciate the kind of music I like.

There was some part in which a violin came in too, it was cool, but it was synchronized, and, well, it ended up being the same thing. I know that what I suggest might be hard to pull off, but that's just my opinion.

Yes...as a matter of fact, it does.

MIDI FTW! Lol.

It needs some more percussion I'd say like maybe some toms during the breakdown or an organ solo just to give it a bit of 'groove'.

I do agree that it needs something more.. Maybe when you have those short breaks in the song, maybe add some chimes or something else with the organ when it builds up so it doesn't sound so... Simple? I dunno if simple is the word I mean.

Pretty good MIDI track. Did you use any complex Music theory methods at all in this song?

NudeRaider -- EUD actions, specifically. The conditions remained. Today we can even have actions again, but they're all virtualized/whitelisted (not sure on the actual technical implementation) so you can only use them for specific intended purposed, not arbitrary code injections.

NudeRaider -- I mean yes, maps - through EUDs - were theoretically able to do that as well, but that was patched quickly.

not the map, the editor

Symmetry -- I vaguely remember Voy doing some ACE back in the day, but I had no idea EUDs could do that kind of shit. I am very much catching up on the technology

Symmetry shouted: NudeRaider Is EUD editor capable of writing shit onto the player's harddrive? That seems like it would be dangerous
yeah an editor that isn't allowed to write files sounds rather pointless, so I'd assume it can. Like most other programs too btw. and yes, obviously that's dangerous, but also kinda necessary. MS introduced that virtualization for exactly that reason.

Ultraviolet -- I don't think so. I think they shut that shit down after 1.16, maybe even earlier
