I read somewhere that there is a program that basically lets you make bulk triggers....ALOT easier. I don't know if this exists cause i couldn't find it, but if it does...
*phew*My objective is to have 32 triggers for 32 different options of 5 randomized switches. To make the 32 triggers will take a hell of a long time...
Any suggestions? Or am I screwed into making 32 triggers

You could use trigger view (from the DB). But seriously, 32 triggers is nothing anyway.

I know Devilsk and Tux swore by them, but I didn't know trig view was a duplicator. I thought it was just for ppl to dumb to use Osmap.

well I've been making triggers all day and I'm sick of it.
ya, I would have just done it but I was curious if there was anything easier.

Some maps have over 5000 triggers. I think your a lazy ass. Get to work!

Lol oops my bad, I meant trigger duplicator.

At this rate you're going to spend more time finding a way to be lazy than you would just doing it in the first place.

No, I was making them while waiting for replies to this, but I meant to say 32 per team but either way, I'm not complaining I was just curious if there was an easier way.

What editor are you currently using to do the triggers?

There's two trigger duplicators:
devilesks, and
MindArchon's.
What I would recommend, is using text triggers, so you can quickly copy and paste the triggers, and go through them all at once and modify only certain variables.

Get the program Inform 7. It was intended for an entirely different purpose (programming interactive fiction) but a few Repeat blocks can create stuff like that.

We can't explain the universe, just describe it; and we don't know whether our theories are true, we just know they're not wrong. >Harald Lesch

Lol Falk, in case you haven't noticed, Maplantis is down.
But Staredit has saved the Maplantis content. Here are the fixed links:
