Rushes in the first place, aren't rushes- unless the build itself was made so, such as 2 fact, 2rack, 2gate, or 5/9pool. I don't see how it could be considered boring... It was the same combat as any other FPS, with unique (and fun) features added on.

I just thought it was bland in general. You fight the same enemies, and at times I ran out of ammo and money. The controls could've been simpler, and it felt like aiming with the mouse was jerky and inaccurate.
