I use XP, and it happens here. It usually happens when I manually delete stuff inside the bin instead of using the "Empty Recycle Bin" command. It can be fixed by running CCleaner with "Empty Recycle Bin" checked (or by deleting a file and using Windows' Empty Recycle Bin function).

Oh so you mean that the icon seems full when it's not full? I thought you had some hybrid program that made a recycler icon appear on your system tray or so.
Anyway, is that REALLY annoying? The Desktop is the part I see the least when I'm on the computer and it actually has never happened to me. |

Hey jw if anyone else has the "recycling bin glitch", where the recycling bin icon turns on and off to it's own discretion Thats not the Recycling bin glitch we all know and love (Not really).
