Alrite, Falknor made this thread and I was interested in showing some of my old versions of how to do his blend. Here are some examples, please excuse my sprite-usage on the last 3 Lol... I just wanted to see how the application would work aesthetically. Interestin.

The mini ramps are nothing new, but the third fourth and fifth pictures are quite good, and have a few things I've never seen before. Very nice!

The dirt ramp on the last picture of the first row kinda looks like a sand fall.

Would you mind if I took this terrain and attempted to make a map good enough to fit it?

He wouldn't mind. The terrain is here to be shared.

it would be nice to give credit, but yea, you can use it... Lol and btw, they are all walkable, although sometimes ordering to move to the position of the ramp doesn't work because its a tight squeeze, ordering to move INTO the temple area will allow the ling to move straight thru on the narrow entrances.

Oh_Man -- whereas just "press X to get 50 health back" is pretty mindless

Oh_Man -- because it adds anotherr level of player decision-making where u dont wanna walk too far away from the medic or u lose healing value

Oh_Man -- initially I thought it was weird why is he still using the basic pre-EUD medic healing system, but it's actually genius

Vrael shouted: I almost had a heart attack just thinking about calculating all the offsets it would take to do that kind of stuff
With the modern EUD editors, I don't think they're calculating nearly as many offsets as you might imagine. Still some fancy ass work that I'm sure took a ton of effort
