So I just kinda threw these together tonight, but it's a start. I can change anything on here or completely redo either if you want, I just used a signature I was making for myself and redid the background (hence the same font as my avatar). But yeah, any changes can be made.

As far as teaching goes, I actually learned just by messing around with it, so my suggestion would be to find a trial version (or other version... >_<) and learn it that way.
