Im making a map based on the book/manga Battle Royale, a story where grade 9 students are each given random weapons, and must kill each other until there is one left.

Anyways... I need help with the weapons. I want to have two basic units, a Civilian and a Ability-less Medic (aka Boy student and girl student) and they are given random weapons. From the book, there are guns, like Pistols, Shotguns, Machine Guns, etc...but then there is also melee weapons, such as scythes, swords, etc...then there is also mock weapons, to "spice" the game up, such as boomerangs and forks. I need help with ideas for units that will work as the weapons (e.g I need idea for weapons, and units that will work for weapons) each will be need to be cloaked/invisible and ground units will need to be able to be stacked on (which I no how to do, but does it work for all ground units?)

So this is what I have so far:
Marine=Machine Gun (But can be cloaked?)
Ghost=Shotgun
Ghost Heroes=Pistol, Some other guns, Crossbow
Firebat=Flamethrower or something light that produces fire
SpiderMines=Mines (These obviously dont need to be cloaked)
Zealot=Daggers
Zealot Hero=Some other kind of small knife
Scarabs=Grenades (Doesn't have to be cloaked)
Dark Templar=Sword
Dark Templar Heroes= Scythe, Chainsaw? and Axe?
Probe=Tazor (Spelled wrong, I know)
Defiler=Smoke Grenades
Hydralisk=Nailgun?
Queen (Parasite ability) Tracking Device

And thats all the weapons I can think of. So basically, I want ideas for weapons, and how to make then appear invisible and stacked on a unit.

P.S. Forget the fork...that was a dumb idea in the book...

How would a siege tank be a sniper? I dont see how that would work. Maybe a rocket launcher...

See, you're thinking appearance. I'm thinking the way it attacks.

If you had a sniper rifle, and weren't ready to shoot with it, not set up etc. Then you'd be horribly innacurate, and slow to fire, it's not good in a snap, just like an unsieged tank. When he's sieged, he shoots slow, but he's huge range and accurate as heck, because he's "in position". Just like a sniper. sure, there's splash, but nobody's hanging out together now are they?

I usually think appearance wise, and thats my problem. Thats what im trying to get AWAY from in this map (Thats why im trying to make things cloaked). And for the tank, i thought he was talking about it sieged.
So, i need units, how to make them cloaked, and what weapon the represent.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly.

Am I right that what you want is that:
- all players control either a civilian or a medic.
- every player receives a random weapon
- the weaponsare cloacked units stacked ontop/under the civlian or medic

The first two are no problem at all, those can be easily done. The third however is a problem. There are some tricks to cloack units without using an arbiter but those aren't really reliable and stable.

Maybe you can describe with more detail what you exactly want, like how do you want to attack other players? Do you want to have attacks always his like in normal starcraft or should players aim manually?
With more information about what you want, I can help you better.

Yea u should go with the Dark Archon as Sniper becuase tank doesnt do full. Then again u can just give him like 9999 attack but then it would make ur game like lazer tag or snipers. Really ez deaths. Go for Da's :D. Or u could not use a ghost for shot gun becuase in a way that doesnt make sense becuase of the ghosts range, Use kerrigan for shotgun.

Other possible Dt hero wepaons: Machete, LAZUR SWORD!!.

And hey if ur using both zlots, Normal zealot always hits first.

Hmm, wasn't there a unit mentioned in another thread that was the arbs 'cloak radius'?'
Couldn't you use that.
And demanding that we give the player a cloaked gun, and an uncloaked unit. That's hard to do...

Thats exactly it. Sorry I if was confusing, but thats what I need. And I guess I would prefer that you have to aim. So what I want is ideas for weapons, and how to make that weapon stackable/cloakable.
And how would a DA work as a Sniper?

If all DA is good for is for head shots, it wont work as sniper rifle. These are grade nine kids. There not gunna get headshots every time.

hmm, maybe. I think ill just use a ghost for it, kerri for shotgun, duran for pistol, that other ghost for crossbow, and infested duran for something eles.

Is it crossbow that is half bow/half gun?

So, this is what I have for sure:
