Make sure SC is in the directly you installed it to. Also make sure you're running 1.10. If you've done all of this that it can probably be accounted to more buggy limit expander goodness. Post your windows version/32/64-bit whatever and hopefully DoA will one day be able to solve it.

Dw, I got it working on my other computer. It's fun, the explosions are many... The uhh. The 'infested terran' ship for zerg, it crashed after I killed an overlord with it...

That's weird. If you tried to burrow it, that would be why it crashed. Otherwise there should no instabilities.

Make sure you have Service Pack 2 installed. That helped me.
