I saw a video today on a website and I was curious so I went to the official starcraft 2 website and found that Zerg section was finally unveiled. So far they show hydralisk and mutalisk. I think the hydralisk looks more of an ultralisk now.

The new death animations kind of suck. Especially the hydralisk, it just like pops and it's gone.
None.
Wow, the hydralisk looks horrible, especially its burrow animation. They should make the corpse of the hydralisk have some meat in it, like in SC 1.
The mutalisk looks okay.
The marine death noise is horrible...

1. That, I do not agree with.
2. That, I couldn't agree more with

Wait, why can't the hydralisks use there sycthe like arms in SC2? I mean they've always been depicted them as using them as weapons in the animations but why not in the game?
Anyways I think the mutalisk looks the sickest so far.
None.
Relatively ancient and inactive
Is it me, or has the mutalisk attack range like.. doubled?

Its zoomed in, remember, this is Starcraft
2If you need any more proof, notice that the marines that come in after from the right, are shooting the mutas. When the bunker gets destroyed, the mutas have to move in closer to hit the marines that had come in earlier from the right.

I think the new death animation is just a place holder. Blizzard isnt dumb enough to make us believe that hydralisks just disapper on death.

I think Hydra looks as Hydra as it can be. You guys just don't have a sense of correct visualization.

Hydralisk looks cheesy. Temporary? I don't see any acid or spines or anything coming from them when they shoot, so I'll assume yes.
Mutalisk... seems okay.
None.
there are very small needles coming out of the hydralisks.
I always imagined it being some kind of acid or acid covered spikes...
Mutalisk meh xD
Death animations arn't too good but i'll grow to love em
SCII gonna be good.

Hydralisk is nice, but I beleive they may use the same attack annimations from the LvL 7 Hydra in the Reign of Chaos Night Elf Campaign.
Mutalisk looks like garbage. It looks disgusting... but I suppose since they are zerg, they're supposed to look like that
None.
I noticed this back when they first showed the hydralisk attack animation, but why the fuck does it shoot
spines. It's supposed to fucking shoot
acid. Acid is so much cooler.
None.
Hell yeah! Hydralisks aren't freakin' porcupines. Acid is great.
None.
Hydra's never spat acid but I think they should bring back the green + splat from SC because its hard to tell when or who they're attacking with just 'spines'.

Read the weapon tooltip of the Hydralisk in Starcraft 1. It says Needle Spines.
I don't care what it says. Whatever they call it it should look the same as it did in SC which is like acid.

The name 'Gauss Rifle' of what the Marine wields is in both in the original StarCraft and StarCraft II yet the StarCraft II one is at a size of a table.
None.
Gauss Rifle just denotes how the gun fires its bullets, not what its model is.
None.
What about the Ghost's C-10 Canister Rifle? It doesn't make that orange gas in StarCraft II.
