Status: Very slow production due to the fact, I'm like doing this solo, I need a team, I also lack motivation, although the mod is still rather in production. If anyone can mod and like to help, it'd be nice...

Useless image... to me... it's a ultralisk vanish animation... simply it looks squashed.

Despite the poorly animated zealot and ultralisk, I technically need a team to do all this work :/

The exe packaging thing, I heard complaints, --- SORRY PAL I FIND IT DIFFICULT TO UPLOAD A STUPID LARGER FILE BAWWWW! LMAO!, take your stupid time to extract it, it's to compress the file, kay?

Now tell me, this is a tileset edit, if this looks bad, you better type it down, other then that, if it's good. It stays and I'll do the rest.

More better then the old one, little bit overpowered in UMS

Replaced Disrupt web with another spell as shown in the screenshot.
No new units, just tweaking at the moment.

Done all Corsair / Ultralisk / Zealot tweaks, soon to be working on another unit...
And with a better terrain, hopefully not eye burning like the last one.

Ummm...Staredit Network has a rather inactive modding forum.

Also, where does it say it needs UMS?

Are you planning to edit wireframes, icons, or AI? Also, there is a way to add "Summon" spells by using the exe edits in Firegraft to change the unit ID spawned by the darkswarm spell to something else (I havent really tested this though, but I think it should work. Otherwise you can edit the darkswarm unit to be able to fight.).

And, Deathman, are you a mod critic now? You never really finished a mod yourself :lol: !

Well, most of the serious modders have moved to Maplantis and stayed there before/after the big SEN crash. SEN never really supported modding 100% anyway, I think.

<3 the fire attack looks good and it doesn't look like it followed an straight line which gives it extra points.
I have a question, are you people doing this like REAL FF? you could, somehow do a leveling up system for each unit. Say, the whatever unit that shoots fire is level one but you fullfil some requirements and you can level up the unit by pressing a button (I don't know) and suddenly the fire attack becomes Fira and then you can level it up again and the weapon is Firaga.
Of course you'll have to edit the unit that is built too. But that would be awesome.

You should have characters like on FF games, water, fire, ground, summoners and stuff and each of them can do different types of things.
Who knows you might also make a tech tree kinda like SCFC where you pick what "race" you want to join only that in this case you'll join the type: fire, ground, summoner and all that jazz...

Those are some great ideas, you should use them if you are still not. :P

Corbo, I wasnt off topic. It was a side note that Deathman was commenting on mods without being a modder himself. You turned it into an off topic conversation by bashing me saying I havent done anything myself :flamer: .

If firegraft is patched, then I won't mod with firegraft, because I have very little time to just downgrade and upgrade and so on,
So far you're pretty helpful. The terrain isn't going to be planned, I might do the terrain, although it may take me, let's see... 1.5 years?

Leveling - Impossible? Doesn't it exceed the starcraft engine, I'd have to learn more, teach me ^^
FireGraft - Always no, I hate patching.
??? - What is "SCFC"? What's the non-abbreviated version? Define "SCFC".
Characters etc - Uh, yes there will be fire, ice and spells etc.

And I meant "real" as in making it like the real game where you level up, get new skills and so on.
It's not impossible, nothing I mentioned is.
Very nice terrain although if you could make it less bright it would be cool because remember we are playing that adnwatching such bright thing would gives eye strains :P
