I updated the skin, again. The text in the top right is now much easier to see.

I was never a fan of the default h# CSS, so I changed how the headers look. The first header on the page no longer has an underline. The rest of the headers now have a bar behind them. I think this helps reduce the "OH SHIT IT IS A WALL OF WHITE TEXT" issue that we've had for a while, and also helps define sections a bit better. I may change the lowest heading CSS so that the ====TEXT==== tags either don't have the bar or have a smaller bar with a darker color.

As you may have read in the other update topic, The Hive Workshop is now linking to GWN. Glad to have them on this project, and many special thanks to Jack for organizing that.

However, the ===TEXT=== should be different from the ==TEXT==.
