Okay, here is what it looks like in-game:

There are 2 players in this match, me and the second player. The second player is the only one showing up on the leaderboard and it doesn't update his score. Only says he's 'Not Playing'.

Here's the init trigger:


and the unit dies trigger:


I posted this on SC2Mapster, but they're not entirely helpful.

Sadly, this is the case when you try to get help from sc2mapster: they create awesome stuff, but on the assistance level, they lack a bit. ;o
Anyways, for an epic leaderboard, you might want to look at the trigger in there: http://www.staredit.net/?attachment=7080
It's an in-production project. The leaderboard trigger is pretty much the only one commented, you're lucky! ;)

What is the point of the difference between (Picked Player) and ((Picked Player)+1) in the if-then-else statements? It seems that player 2 would overwrite player 1's columns, if he is registering as not playing, (Player 1 + 1 = 2, player 2 = 2), which we can assume is the case since the leaderboard seems to be setting accordingly.

Not sure if you didn't notice payne, but the map has (off-topic) problems. Tanks don't have a weapon and Disruptors don't have a model or stats at all. I'm sure this is and old version though.

Oh, and the leaderboard doesn't help at all, it doesn't even relate to what I'm trying to do. :\

And this is a very old version of the map. It has no bug as of now. (Talking of the newest version)

Again, you have the row (Picked Player) + 1 (correct) in the "then" section of your if-then-else statements, and then only (Picked Player) (incorrect) in the "else" section of your if-then-else statements. That alone will overwrite player 1's leader board row if player 2 isn't registered as playing. I'd suggest you modify this (set every instance to "(Picked Player) + 1", and then post the results, and we can help you out from there.

Alright, I modified everything. I'll have to update you when I'm actually able to get on. I ran out of bandwidth and wouldn't even be able to publish the map.

It's still messed up. I wish someone could just post a legit kill leaderboard. v.v I've had to have been working on this leaderboard problem for at least a month. -.-

This works fine for my map (You'll need to write in a condition for the startBoard trigger, or just run it fmor another trigger):

[attach=7305]

EDIT: Ignore the part under the "particles...." comment. Its for efficiency on one of my maps.

You sir... are the most amazing person in the world. after so much time, I can finally rest easy knowing my map has a 100% working leaderboard. You shall be added to the credits unless requested otherwise.

Haha, no problem, I'm just glad I could be of assistance. In fact, I didn't get that one working quite right until I saw your method of updating every cell on every update, and tried to only update each cell as needed, so it is as much of your idea as mine.
