I think they are all part of some protoss hero unit. (Aside from the photon cannon.)
They just look like armor or weaponry. It looks like he could have some whip with a claw or something. Lots of jewelry.
Could it be... Xel'Naga?

Yep... Looks like that to me... You just took a lot longer at finding all of the pieces. :D Good find though!

None of them look Xel'Naga to me.

Xel'Naga design was predominately silver as you see on the twilight terrain, with a few exceptions of course.

Still, nice to see that level of detail going into the artwork.
