What is Inordinate Celerity?
Inordinate Celerity is a StarCraft Modification by Killer_Kow(MM). It radically changes StarCraft's gameplay, incorporating fast-paced action like never seen before in a Mod.
What is this new gameplay?
In Inordinate Celerity, you control only one single unit as opposed to entire armies and technology trees. You can choose from a varying selection of units, each with drastically different abilities. Your goal is then to eliminate other players.
What does 'v0.3' mean? Is it not playable?
IC is VERY playable, despite only being v0.3. Each version (0.1, 0.2, 0.3) represents a new unit added to the roster. 0.3 merely means that there are only 3 units as of yet. Expect this number to increase.
What units are available now?
The three units currently available are Fire, Ice and Lightning. Each has its own unique abilities used to eliminate opposing forces.
Is it true that there are no victory triggers for this game?
Yes, this is true. I'll get around to it eventually. For now, just use the "Slaughter" game type.
Do I have to downgrade to play this mod?
At this time, no, it is not necessary to downgrade. Please note, however, that this Mod is only compatible with version 1.15 of StarCraft.
Does this mod have AI support?
No. As it is, StarCraft's AI is simply not advanced enough to even attempt to play this Mod. As such, a single player mode would be simply impractical.
